Hello Friends,
I am going through withdrawals…
I just drop off my sewing machine to get a good cleaning and tune-up,
and now I can’t wait to get it back… Ugh - I don’t have another one to use, so
this is going to be a LONG week. You all
know what I need to do! Get a back-up
one. Well, that’s next on my list of
things to do – and soon!
I thought this would be a good time to drop it off because I am
waiting for material to come in for a quilt I’m working on… Thought I had enough… I hate when this happens.
Here is a picture of the one I am working on… It’s going to be beautiful! I love the colors in this :-) - Here is a sneak peak.. Making it for someone special.

It is so hard to be without a sewing machine. My machine should be taken in for service very soon but I do have a back up to get me though. Your quilt looks like it will be lovely and so fun to put together.

ReplyDeleteI thought I would be OK - it's funny how you can have something and not use it everyday, but the minute you give it up - Oh boy - then you want it :-) or need it! This quilt is fun and easy to put together - I used 2 inch sashing and 2 inch square blocks in between each big block. These pictures really don't do it justice.
